I've purchased a archos g9 80

Not the quickest off the block but my summary for you

Pros

8inch so not too small. Wasn't over keen on a 10inch tablet
Latest honeycomb version
Same processor type as current galaxy nexus (so potential ICS update
Cheap - I got mine for ?170 but atm is just under ?200
Can purchase a 3g adapter later to nake it 3g

Cons

Not the quickest
Has a small bubble effect on the screen due to cheap plastic backing - this in no way makes it feel breakable but had to mention it. I don't really notice it now tbh

As the new Transformer Prime is on it's way then the original could be had cheap potentially.

Also consider Cambridge Science models on amazon as a colleague has one and says they are good for the money as well
