sorry kents...its really annoying

but it will become a major pain in the arse. You could oiffer 100 or get a second quote. I had an accident with no damage or claim (jumped my car into a field near Saxthorpe) and it stayed on my record for 5 years making my insurance more expensive. Pay him, then key his car.
