i think 35k would be too much although competitive price structures might help fill it during times of low demand. due to the dynamics, i think it would be impossible to have the "perfect" capacity so in this area prudence should be exercised. if we do manage to fill 28k then the business case for a new stand loan would be more robust. i would imagine all things being equal then circa 32k would be where we should be at if we enjoy a sustained period in the premier league. having said that i'm not sure what exactly all things being equal means. because they're not. it's impossible.
