Matt Phillips. Worth making a move for in January?

We could do with another winger in the squad. He has looked decent when I saw him play for Blackpool in the Prem. He is on loan at Sheffield Utd so something is not right at Blackpool. Lambert knows him as he gave him his debut at Wycombe. Although Lambert may not be keen on him as he has not appeared to show any interest in signing him. Going for wingers who he hasn't worked with in Bennett and Pilkington.
