He has a good job here.. but not the best
he's ambitious and will want to win things, manage in europe. He will struggle to do that with us.
For someone as talented as Lambert the best clubs are the biggest in the world - he could win many trophies and get a huge salary.
The Norwich job is great, but it has a ceiling which some clubs don't have.
