Actually, it's a little known fact

that the original 'pants' died some years ago after choking on a piece of marshmallow during a tea break from his part-time role as a Viking pillager at the Yorvic Centre.

Having already left his log-in details in his will, several stand-ins have been performing as pants in the intervening period, with varying degrees of success.
