...I was fine, had been fine all day - I'd probably got 45 seconds warning that something was up when my stomach did that sudden sinking thing (you know full well what I mean) mouth goes dry immediately as well - by instinct I headed to the nearest bog and was projectile vomiting within seconds.

The time I got it in Coventry was worse, I had to drive back to Stoke, it was a Friday night - I managed to contain it, sort of, 'cos of past experience, sitting on a pile of newspapers and stopping off at every services to empty every orifice!
