Lets not forget Holt wasnt great at the start of last season either.

Holt was coming of an injury last season and soem have commented he might have lacked a bit of "fitness" to the start the season.

Things can change quickly, Holt was on fire in the middle part of the season and Jackson went on a rush at the end.

I think Lambert picks the players who he thinks will win him the game. (that are in form and playing how he wants it played)

As has been proven, if your form changes he will pick you.
