Thats what you would think but.......

Roberto Mancini has said he wont play for Man City again so you have to find a club willing to pay his massive wages on a loan and sell him in the Jan transfer window.

How much will they get for him?

Who would want him?

Its risky for any club to pay a huge fee for a player who can f**k you over time and time again.

Clubs need protecting against players doing this.

There should be a lengthy ban for players refusing to play so it stops them from doing this to force a move to another club.

Chelsea did sue Mutu to get some of the money back they lost after his contract was terminated.........

Thats certainly another option.
