He is 100% spot on.

What is to stop any player just refusing to play, basically holding the club hostage if they want a move, even if they have a contract.

no club wants such a player but will lose out on a huge transfer fee if they sack them.

If Tevez is sacked and his contract terminated, I dont think there is anything stopping him finding another club straight away.........

If it happens you might expect Modric to do the same thing.

I still dont understand what Gyan did to force Sunderland to loan him to the UAE when he was under contract with them?

Did he also refuse to play? Or suggest he wouldnt play?

This s**t needs to be sorted out right now or could go downhill very fast.
