When he makes a decision, he takes no prisoners in trying to get the achieved result
Which means in the long term, he's more likely to cause damage
He hasn't had much need to at Sunderland because he's had an absolute fortune to spend.
But his actions as a manager, are showing their limited qualities, as players are leaving and average form is now dipping even lower
His antics at other managed clubs are to be desired imo too
