It's a bit of a reach, but not that much of one.

This is how I read it -

Onouha's mother was described in an email as being "ravaged with cancer". Cook (or someone who cough hacked his account cough super believeable story guys) sent an email to Brian Marwood implying as a joke that Marwood had enjoyed Relations with Dr Onouha: "Ravaged with it !!....... I don't know how you sleep at night!". But the email didn't go to Marwood, it went to Dr Onouha.

As I say, a bit of a reach, but that that much of one.
