Garry Cook (alleged) email

Can anyone tell me what it is supposed to mean and why it is said to be so offensive? Not sure I really get it. Also, good stuff in the Times today about Morison and Crofts - love all the comments about "brushing Terry aside" and beating him for pace .... really good for their confidence i think, and shows that they can cut it in the PL.
