Im a West Brom fan for my sins. For years we have tried this, hence the yo yo-ing. Last season was the first time we changed our transfer policy to get in prem experience, and we stayed up comfortably.

You need prem experience. Pure drive and determination can take you a long way, but not in the long run.

It can work for one season, such as Hull, but not after that. It's very unfair for clubs like us but its the way it is.
