What would you prefer...

Would you choose 10 years of finishing betwen 17th - 12th in the Premier League and getting knocked out in the 1st or 2nd round of both cups every year.

Or

Bouncing between the Premier League and Championship for the next 10 years but winning a League Cup or FA Cup and regularly getting into the quarter finals or beyond.
