he played wide on the right and tore olympiakos apart. as their manager said afterwards, they couldn't get near him. Made both Madrid's goals and created at least half a dozen other great chances which the forwards didn't take (oh and made the keeper make a coupe of good saves himself, too).
I guess your last sentence was the telling one. personally have no idea how nice a guy he is (and I doubt you've ever met him either). But what a player.
