Simply because I took the alternative view to yourself you claim I misunderstand the issue

I simply think there is no further point in this being "debated" in parliament. I therefore see no need to sign the petition, I don't think it will get anywhere and I don't see what devastatingly eye-opening new information is going to come out about this event, however terrible it was.

The only one appearing to do any self-liberating on this issue is you. You picked the subject and then have a go at anyone that disagrees whilst taking the opportunity to have a go at Daily Mail reading Little Englanders at the same time.

This event has changed the face of English football more than any other. Whilst that won't bring back the dead and will be no comfort for the families who lost loved ones, I am personally satisfied that enough has been done as a result of Hillsborough and people are aware where the blame lies.
