why I think we will appeal and win........

The ref and assistant cannot claim they saw the incident clearly. (they could claim it but the board will roll their eyes)

Obviously contact was 2-3 yards outside the area, it wasnt even that close.

Having obviously made a total clusterf**k in the decsion I think any appeal board is going to look upon a decsion favorably.

Also if they want consistency then why wasnt Richardson given a red vs Liverpool when it was a clearer opportunity much closer to goal.

I think we win the appeal to make this all go away as soon as possible, especially as it looks like we have been hard done by.
