Everywhere looks good to me now I've worked and my budget is more...

I live in a St Julians/Council property from the days when I was in hospital and it's served me really well but now I have more to spend. I want the right place and long term, I thought ?550 was a lot but the flats on the riverside start at ?700!! What on earth are people buying them for! I will find somewhere. I just want somewhere quiet, no music till 5am, no drugs and no police. A night's sleep.
