he sticks by players when they are having a poor run of form and fully backs them and the team to the media. loads of times last season players came out and made a point of bigging up players like jackson and wilbrahamovic, prompted no doubt by the manager. all the noises from the new recruits are incredibly positive re the team spirit at the club.
this trip isn't over yet.
