So final 3 to will be Evans, then Frank Schleck, and finally Andy.

(Incidentally - you have to feel a bit sorry for Frank - he's coming 2nd in the Tour, but he's only the 2nd best cyclist in Luxembourg...)

So that's a small advantage for A Schleck. But in the past he's been a pretty s**t time trailer - you'd expect Evans to beat him by enough.

And re your other question - yes, 1 second should be enough. Champs is essentially a ceremonial stage, with a big a print at the end. No way for either of them to make up any time on the other.
