good point re jerseys

name aside, the green jersey is for 'most consistent sprinter'

so winner of each stage gets green jersey points (with less points for guy who comes second, third etc)

and each stage has an 'intermediate sprint' about half way through, and the riders who win that sprint get points for that, too.

Cavendish winning that at the moment, with only 3 stages left. No Brit has ever won it before.
