um, no running, or swimming these days

I've had it for a while, over a year. But I've increased walking exercise from about 25 to 50 miles a week recently (6 weeks)

I guess I don't want to make something worse before it's too late. Equally I'd like to find out how much I can push it, and what the real limits are
