Serious answer - just sounds like a tight achilles. Make sure that you
stretch it and the calf AFTER it is warm, so not when you first get up and it is tight, but after it loosens up. Then stretch it out, and do it off and on during the day.
If you have any swelling, go to a physio. Massage can also help and maybe you need something to reduce the inflammation.
I don't think you do much sport wise these days do you ? Former swimmer I think, but not much of a runner ? Just because if you are a runner you should really go to the physio anyway as continuing to run on a tight achilles could cause tears in the worst case scenario.
Will take a while but should eventually go away after a couple of a few weeks if you treat it nicely. If not, then go to a physio.
Oh, and then try to think why it is tight ? You been hiking without decent ankle supporting footwear, etc ?
