but ultimately if you are tactically inept you will get found out...eventually!! there are a lot of managers about like Worthy,(managers that rely on motivation, team spirit, hard working, fitness, etc but have little clue on tactics) and they all get found out eventually, i feel worthy is now getting to that stage!
