Have you tried going into
Settings > Safari and cleared all history/cookies/website data?
Alternatively double click the home button to bring up the multi task bar, hold your finger down on safari until all icons start to wiggle and within the multi tasking bar hit the red minus sign next to safari, hit the home button then launch safari again from your home screen
