You need to get rid of every single thing that flash player has put on your computer
and re-install.
Use that utility below and then use something like ccleaner to get rid of anything that the utility has missed.
Then search your computer for anything that has missed.
Then make sure there is nothing in your internet explorer (flash plugin etc)
Then restart.
Then install again and it should hopefully be alright.
Bit of a long job, but that's how I got mine working again!
