Computer Problem. HELP!

This is driving me nuts. For some unknown reason my Adobe Flash Player has decided not to work anymore. I have tried everything i can think of. I have deleted Adobe Flash Player and tried to re-install it but still no luck. I have deleted my Anti-Virus as directed while i tried to re-load flash player. JavaScript is enabled. I'm using IE9 but have been for a while and i can't understand why it has suddenly stopped working. The strangest thing is if i click on 'All Programs' flash player is not there but if i go to un-install programs it is there. Can anyone help me please. Thanks. Richard
