Captain Canary (CC) opened the AGM at 12:41 and welcomed all those present and thanked them for attending at such short notice. CC then read out a badly scribbled apology in crayon from Moo Moo (MM) who apologised for not being able to attend due to a mix up with the rickshaw arrangements.

CC was then asked by the Chairman David Lee (XXL) to read out the minutes of the previous meeting. No objections were raised and there was only one outstanding item from the previous minutes which was the unpaid buffet bill. XXL stated that this was ongoing and would be resolved when he'd done some overtime. CC then opened the meeting to points from the floor.

Small Chicken Thing (SCT) tabled a request that he was fed up with being stuffed in Daphne's cavernous backpack for trips up the the buffy and could he please be allowed more frequent head poking outerage of Daphne's sack. XXL declined on account of health and safety. Seconded by MM via a tweet.

There being no further business, the meeting was closed by CC and the entire board and membership retired right up the buffy.
