if i was interested in that the olympics i'd want tickets to the pole vaulting

this would appear to have the largest comedic/injury potential of all of the "events".

there was a reporter from the bbc breakfast this morning in a house with a family all goggling avidly at a computer screen. waiting. apparently they were managing to just about "cope with the stress of it all"
