de Laet is primarily a left back with the ability to operate at CB and at a push RB. RB is his weakest position so it may be that sir Paul is after a CB and a RB or a player that can fill both roles. We were linked along with Ipswich to Ireland And Preston CB St Ledger yesterday for a fee of 1.75 million. Genuinely surprised we have not made a move for Mills as looks though he will sign a new contract and stay at Reading. Presume we are still after a Snodgrass or similar in addition given that Bennett was always a target regardless
