and like you, I really hope Worthy is the man for the job. He's not the most charismatic bloke in the world but if he takes us up again then excellent.

I'm terrified though by the Board not even being prepared to think of getting rid of him, How bad would it have to be before they do?

I reckon they've given him a 10 year contract like Sir Arthur South gave to John Bond. Couldn't accuse Bondy of being uncharismatic!
