I agree mate, there's a genuine work ethos there, a philosophy that
was, I think, started by Cruyff.
Like I said, almost telepathy at times, just know what/where a player will be.
I noticed last night that they're always running with their heads up, constantly looking around, aware of everything. Quite often played what looked like a nothing ball, but there was a player running into that space to collect - and very few long balls as well.
