Your point is a good one.

Last time in the prem we bought mercenary type players who couldnt wait to get away once we got relegated.

This time we are buying young hungry players who are looking at the long term experience.

Sure we would like to think we can stay up but relegation is a real posibility.

I dont think over the past 10 season there has been a season where at least 1 of the promoted clubs is relegated, some years it has been 2.

Lambert is building a squad not just a team.
A squad that buys into what they are doing....... giving most of the players a chance to play at a higher level than they have played before.
