definitely unfair on QPR fans

and have sympathy with them for not being able to properly celebrate but it is also unfair on the fans of other clubs who have got to where they are without breaking any rules (if they have broken any!). Sympathy with the QPR fans but not with QPR FC.

Compare it to clubs that get 10 points off for administration - not fair on fans but happens all the time these days.
