Ground expansion idea

demolish snakepit and family area corners. House current occupants in non-STH seats. Rebuild two tiered corner segments in place. Remove city stand roof, then extend new, higher roof from corner to corner (like spurs did a few years back). Rehouse displaced fans in new corner stands. Then move fans from city stand into new seats in expanded corner stands and non-STH seats and redevelop city stand.
Job done.
