not that they couldn't do with paying more, and they haven't made full (and possibly somewhat ambiguous) use of some pretty big legal loopholes - but i don't entirely trust that the ?6bn figure has been worked out correctly - after all, your ?7,000 wasn't - though if you'd like to pay it anyway...
