why do people think our goal difference is worth an extra point??????????

for GD to make a difference you have to finish on the same points, as far as i remember!

that means if either cardiff, swans or leeds do happen to catch us they would have to achieve better results than us over the final 7 games to do this, agreed so far?

for example, for leeds to catch us we would have to lose twice and they win twice, so if we lost 2-0 at swans and 1-0 at watford, whilst they won say 2-0 and 3-1, our 9 goal advantage over them would be down to just 2!

the 4 goals we have on cardiff will be much closer, 2 at best (even if they win by 1 goal) as we draw twice.

dont get me wrong, saturdays 6 has atleast put us in pole but in no way is it yet worth an extra point
