Pacheco looks to have more skill than speed (like Wes)

Jackson has speed to burn but we never look like playing a style which uses it.

Our whole system is to get the full backs involved, interacting on the flanks with the skilled players.

It really had to destroy teams with speed these days if the backline is reasonably organized.
Much easier to play around teams than right through the middle.
