This chap set to "run against" Blatter for the FIFA Presidency. One of his biggest allies previously. He's standing against him to make it look like FIFA are a democratic (which they are not) organisation. Whole thing is a sham.
Blatter will win, retire graciously in 2015 and generously "recommend" that Bin Hamman take over the Presidency, thus preserving his legacy and the support of the "anything but Europe" thing that is FIFA's pregotive at the moment.
