Balanced view of the signings based on what we know.

Both look great signings but both also have question marks.

Having quickly looked into both.

Vokes is 6 2", good cover for Holt, good option off thebench.

Not a prolific scorer but a player who has talent without a doubt.
Looks like a good pick up.

Daniel Pacheco.....Has the Wes stature (5 6 max) also has great close control from the clips I have seen.

Might be the ideal cover for Wes in the diamond behind the two strikers or upfront feeding off Holt.

Looks an exciting pickup as he obviously has some really good skills.

Hasnt really been tested at anything close to this level.

The good news is the risk/reward is pretty good.

If he doesnt do so well we have other players in the squad.....but he could turn out to be dynamite.

He does look to have an incredible amount of upside potential.

Looks like the type of player who can make things happen on his own.

Its been assumed that Lambert has signed two strikers but in my mind he has signed one out and out striker and one guy who can also play various attacking positions

Might be one of the reason he signed here as the free role might suit him better than battling against big CBs.

Considering the situation these look to be two good signings.

Lets hope they do well and get us over the line.....
