it seems such a simple equation

mix some mercurial talent (Hucks, Wessi, Mulryne, Crook) with a couple of grafters (Crofts, Holt, Megson, Goss), add a decent 'keeper and a capable defender or two nicked from bigger clubs (Zak, Malky, Butterworth, Bowen)
