I know fans aren't allowed to film in the stadium
I'm just not sure what the copyright implications are if they do and then upload the footage to a website.
Is it just down to the clubs to insure no one films in the ground or is it actually a crime to do so. Then once video has been recorded does the league/club have any copyright claim on it or does it belong to the person who filmed it?
I can't find any answers online. I doubt any club or the league will give a truthful answer if asked anyway.
