Nobody knows what's been done internally though.

If someone at a company leaves after 30yrs service then surely his/her praises are sung internally and much thanks given. Why does there have to be a massive song and dance made about it on the website?!

If people feel that he's made a great contribution to them then write to him personally and thank him.
