a president bloke from a little tinpot country that goes by the name of the usa needed a poodle to join in on a unilateral bombing campaign in europe. obviously french and german poodles are very hard to come by so, cunningly the president bloke put monica lewinsky down for a second and made a call. up popped out tone and paved the way for a bit of top down carnage. sorted it all out nicely.

later on in time, a new president was on the scene, found the old plan and tippexed out kosovo and scribbled in iraq in crayon and blow me, the f**kwit fell for it again.
