Every time I have watched City at home this season I have thought the same thing

How much the team is crying out for some pace. Somebody who can get on the ball and beat a man. Last night was so pedestrian and predictable it was unreal. The diamond is great, especially away from home but last nights game especially we were crying out for a natural 442 with decent wingers, if we had that we would of tore them apart. The times the full backs got the ball with nothing in front of them, there only choices were to run with the ball or a hopeful punt to the forwards.

Ask any defender what they fear most and it is pace. Unfortunately we haven't got one player with any.
