Love a drink and good atmosphere but haven't a clue about business...

the description sounds amazing, but I would wonder what it looks like from the outside/area. Sounds like an old place with history but the photo doesn't do it justice, too many leather chairs and if it's a pub, the 'we converted where the pool table' would be sounds confused. As I said I don't know anything about commercial property but if you want and you need an opinion about things then I will happily show it to my brother. That's his business I think, he deal's with lot's of pub chains and their accounts/properties.
