buy a pot of it ready made from tescos...
it lasts about 3 consecutive days....need to eat it by then or it will go off.
Its basically diced fresh chicken breast in a curry/mayo suace, with raisens/diced mango.... a fruity/curried chicken sandwich spread! I think I successfully described it there......
