i don't think by not voting you can though

i think it needs emmaroyds' (Brewster's Millions) "None of the Above" option

for me that at least shows you want to vote - rather than just being not bothered

be that a not bothered because you actually *know* it won't make a difference or a not bothered because watching Peter Andre's latest reality show and reading OK is all that you're really interested in
