it`s all beyond me I`m afraid

what I do know is coucil are pleading they need to cut vital services yet they are still pissing money up the wall in other ways.

Round our way we get a magazine from the coucil every quarter and it`s full of their own propaganda.
Fuck knows how much it costs to publish and distribute but I`m sure they could do better by just scraping it and passing on anything they want to say onto the local press.

But I have aproblem with breckland Coucnil anyway
